I’m Bryan.
I built Marquee Vitality because I saw something happening around me that didn’t sit right. 
Smart, capable men and women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s slowly accepting decline as if it were automatic.
Strength fading. Energy dipping. Movement becoming optional instead of natural. That wasn’t going to be my story. And it doesn’t have to be yours.
Aging Isn’t the Problem. Losing Capability & Capacity Is.
I’m approaching my mid-50s — and I’m still cycling, mountain biking, surfing, and snowboarding. Not because I got lucky. Not because of genetics.
Because I made deliberate choices.
Because I followed structure instead of trends.
Because I refused to outsource responsibility for my vitality.
When people say, “That’s just aging,” I see it differently. Aging is inevitable. Decline without resistance is optional.
Why I Built Marquee Vitality
Marquee Vitality started as a personal pursuit — a commitment to stay strong, competitive, and capable.
But I quickly realized something bigger: 
Most people don’t lack motivation. They lack structure.
